Biography
My name is BB Jackson. I am an author.
I have had a rich life so far. It has been filled with a wide range of experiences which I believe have helped me in my writing process. I've worked in the fashion industry and at PR firms on Madison Ave in New York. I spent time in television, sales, advertising and real estate. Among my many roles that life has set for me, my favorite was that of producing and hosting a TV series on NY cable called "House Dressing with BB Jackson" which ran for 8 years.
My philosophy in which I live my life is "payback is the answer to a purposeful life."
I have worked with two different organizations helping women re-enter the workforce as well as caring for women who have been abused.
I have 4 books that have been published. The first entitled “The Gingham Gunslinger” was published in 1975. “Dancing in the Snow” was published in 2023. “Fool Me Once Shame on You” was published in 2024 as well as “Her Daughter’s House.”
My real dream is to see one of my books turned into a wonderful movie!! I do so enjoy writing, creating characters and bringing them to life and my goal is to share my stories with many readers. My life has been my work and my work has been my life and I've enjoyed it all and the many people I have met along the way!! I'm proud of my accomplishments and look forward to continuing to share many more of my stories with my fellow readers!
